IN MEMORIAM…
Robbyne Hocker Fuller
From Robbyne’s passion for the arts to her entrepreneurial pursuits and her undeniable class and sass, she embodied the essence of an empowered woman. She loved unconditionally, laughed freely and challenged everyone in her orbit to learn more, be bolder, and do better every day. Robbyne will continue to be an inspiration and motivation for intentional progress. She was committed in her quest for economic empowerment not only to honor our ancestors, but to ensure equality for future generations.
We know that we have huge shoes to fill and no one can take her place, but it is our desire to continue her legacy with equal fervor. Starting with the Jazz Concert later this year (December 2023), the Midland African American Roots Historical Cultural Arts Council will continue its work while honoring Robbyne’s love for the arts.
We will keep you updated on our plans and progress as well as ways that you stay involved in our effort to elevate entrepreneurialism and education within our community.
Thank you for your outpouring of love, support and generosity.
